About the Facilitators:

Our facilitators are Harold Howell and Dave DeVries. Harold and Dave have partnered together to develop hundreds of leaders to become extraordinary. Harold helps teams develop and become high-performance by blending and enhancing the strengths of the team with the needs of the church or organization.

A retired career officer from the United States Air Force, Harold was a command pilot who instructed in the T-37 and WC-130 aircraft. He has flown into hurricanes and typhoons, gathering weather data for tracking storms that threatened life and property. Harold served as Director of Airlift Operations at the White House during the Clinton administration and retired as the Deputy Chief of Operations at the Space Warfare Center, Schriever AFB, Colorado.
