Senior Pastor Train-Up Group

The Holy Spirit empowers senior pastors to be extraordinary leaders! Connection with other senior pastors gives the support and clarity you need to get the results God intends as we remain in Him. This Cohort is for you to learn from one another, encourage each other, pray for and with each other, and dream about seeing kingdom movement together.

Student Ministry Train Up

Multiple student pastors will be getting together to talk student ministry and how things have changed since Covid-19 hit, how to recruit volunteers, and how to train up the next generation to be leaders within the church.

Women Leaders in Ministry

The enemy is always at work in the lives of those who have dedicated themselves to ministry.  Let’s take a look at some of the common pitfalls that the enemy puts in our paths.  If you are in ministry and are serving in a leadership role, either staff or volunteer, you must know that the enemy is NOT happy with you.  He does not want to see you be victorious and successful in your ministry.  We will be looking at how to be “battle” ready at all times.  Let’s seek the Lord together to find the common tactics that the enemy uses and how we can overcome them through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Engaging Culture

In the past year, the number of people uninterested in attending a church gathering of any kind has grown beyond 70% of society. In this Train-up Group, we will unpack how you can meet them where they are, disciple them as they are, and empower them to go and do the same

Shepherdology
This coaching time is a time looking at what is often not taught or caught in Seminary, Bible College or church. It is a time that we will look at another aspect of ministry, shepherding. The aspect here is to talk about who a shepherd is, and what a shepherd does. The three main things we will look at is – 1. Cleaning up after the sheep 2. Protecting the sheep 3. Getting bit by the sheep.

How do we clean up what sheep dump? How do we protect and prosper the sheep when they hurt themselves and others? What should we do when they bite us?  Let us be together and discuss our we can best SHEPHERD our sheep.

Spiritual Formation
In the midst of the busyness and challenges of ministry are you feeling distant from God?  Do you find it hard to pray?  Are you having difficulty feeling motivated to spend time in God’s Word?  Come join us as we wrestle with how we can do ministry and still walk intimately with God.
